The Collective’s new Silicon Valley Showroom is located at Santana Row and opened in February of 2025. The Collective is a Commercial Furniture Dealer with 2 Divisions, Workplace Furnishings and Pre-Fabricated Architectural Wall Systems. There is a total of 8 locations between California and Canada. Federal Realty is the property owner/manager, AP+I Design is the Architect and Pacific Ridge Builders is the General Contractor. Please join us for a presentation and project tour with the project team, to walk through the process from vision to execution. The project team will discuss the design process, permitting, construction along with challenges and overall what made the project successful.
